Which tablet PC is the right on? wiLearn tested many specifications, make and models among the low cost tablets from Asia. With Alldocube we found a solid brand that produces reliable, robust, and userfriendly hardware at a reasonable cost. Android has been the preferred operating system due to its analogy with the most widely used smart phones.
Although education content can be accessed from the wiLearnCAP via any smartphone the use of tablet PC's with a larger screen will enhance the interactive learning experience. wiLearn has opted for the 10" tablet screen tablets with at least 5hrs run time and a USB-C port for reliable charging. 2GB RAM and 32GB Storage memory proof to be sufficient for the learning applications.
For teacher we have chosen a tablet with keyboard version and an Android / Windows Dual Operating System. This gives the teacher a laptop type feeling and a choice to work with the Windows software programs for a more professional approach beyond elearning. However, our experience shows that for digital newcomers the simple tablet is sufficient or most often preferred, because it is much lighter and faster to use.

getting your learning center humming, wiLearn 4 Life can provide the TABEA10 or TABEA16 tablets in a pilot case, depending on the keyboard requirements.
The dimension of the pilot case is within ICAO airline handluggage standards in order to take the case as carry on baggage on a flight.
CHARGING IS KEY
TABEA16 comes with 20 USB Charging ports for simultanious (1.5A each) charging with an input of 12-24V DC. We recommend a 180W Laptop adapter with 19V DC output to power the box. This leaves the option open to power the tabelts with our 120W or 240 W solar panel solution.
It is equipped with an industrial standard Startech 10 Port USB 3.0 Hub that includes a fast 5000 Mbit/sec USB interface for synchronisation. All USB ports are charging at 1.5 Amps in parallel. The hub can be operated with 7-24V DC and ideally suited for solar systems powereing USB gadgets.
